Ingredients: 2 oz. Hendricks Gin, ½ oz. Liqueur de Violettes, 1 oz Maraschino Liqueur

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain into martini glass.

BANANAS

Glassware: Martini glass.

Garnish: Carmel drizzled inside the glass.

Ingredients: 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum Cream, 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay Vanilla Rum.

Preparation: Add ingredients into glass and shake over ice. Strain into glass.

Big Ginger

Glassware: “Big Ginger” glass

Garnish: Lemon and lime wedge

Ingredients: 2 oz. 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey, Ginger ale

Preparation: Pour whiskey and ginger ale in the same glass over ice.

Birthday Bash

Glassware: Martini glass

Garnish: Rim glass with glitter sugar.

Ingredients: 2 oz. Birthday Cake Vodka, 1 oz. Vanilla Tippy cow

Preparation: Add ingredients and shake over ice then strain into glass.

Bloody Mary

Glassware: Beer Glass.

Garnish: Celery Salt Rim. Olives and a pickle.

Ingredients: 1.5 oz. UV Sriracha, .5 oz Thatchers Tres Chiles Liqueur, Beefed Up Bloody Mix.

Preparation: Add vodka and liqueur into rimmed glass and then add bloody mary mix. Mix with straw.

Bourbon Chai Tea Latte

Glassware: Glass Coffee Mug

Garnish: Whipped Cream and chocolate espresso bean

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Hell Yeah Bourbon, 1 oz. Thatchers Coffeehouse Liqueur, premade chai mix (1/2 full in glass), hot water

Preparation: Add all ingredients into glass and stir with straw

Butterfinger Martini

Glassware: Martini Glass

Garnish: Chocolate Drizzle inside the glass, butterfinger crust on the rim.

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz Butterscotch Mcgillicuddy's, 1 oz crème de cocoa, 1 oz Baileys

Preparation: Ppour all ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain into rimmed martini glass.

Caramel Apple

Glassware: Martini Glass

Garnish: Drizzle caramel sauce on the martini glass and rim the glass with apple sugar.

Ingredients: 2 oz. Vanilla Vodka, 1 oz. Apple Schnapps, .5 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps

Preparation: Add all ingredients into glass and shake with ice, strain into glass.

Caramel Macchiato

Glassware: Small snifter glass

Garnish: No garnish

Ingredients: 2 oz. Carmel Vodka, 1 oz. Kahlua

Preparation: Pour ingredients on top of ice and stir with straw

Chocolate Espresso Martini

Glassware: Martini glass

Garnish: Two stripes of carmel sauce, 2 stripes of chocolate sauce on glass sides

Ingredients: 2 oz Vanilla Vodka, 1.5 oz Chocolate cream liqueur, instant espresso

Preparation: Add all ingredients into a glass and shake and then strain

Cinnful Apple Moscow Mule

Glassware: Moscow Mule mug

Garnish: No garnish

Ingredients: 1 oz. Cinnamon Apple Liqueur, 1.5 oz. Grey Goose Vodka, equal parts Original Crabbies Ginger Beer and Cranberry juice

Preparation: Add all ingredients into glass and stir with straw

Glassware: Margarita Glass

Garnish: Salt Rim – if preffered – and lime wedge

Ingredients: 1.5 oz. Clase Azul Repasado, .5 oz. Cointreau, .5 oz. Grand Marnier, equal parts lemon and lime simple – at least .5 oz each

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass with ice and shake. Strain over ice into glass.

Garnish: Lime wedge or lemon twist

Ingredients: 2 oz choice Vodka, ¾ oz. triple sec, ¾ oz. cranberry juice, 1 lime wedge –squeezed-

Preparation: Add all ingredients into glass and shake with ice, strain into glass

Cucumber Gin Martini

Glassware: Martini Glass

Garnish: Cucumber slice if available.

Ingredients: 1.5 oz. Hendricks gin, 1.5 oz. Cucumber Thatcher’s Liqueur.

Preparation: Pour both liquors into the glass and shake with ice. Strain into glass without ice.

Irish Coffee

Glassware: Glass Coffee Mug.

Garnish: Whipped Cream

Ingredients: 2 oz. Jameson, one packet of sugar and coffee.

Preparation: Pour jameson and sugar into bottom of glass and then pour coffee on top.

Lemon Drop Martini

Glassware: Martini Glass

Garnish: Lemon Sugar Rim, Lemon Wedge.

Ingredients: 2.5 oz. Infuse Lemon Vodka, .5 oz. Simple Syrup, .5oz lemon Simple, 2 lemon wedges – squeezed-.

Garnish: None

Ingredients: 1 oz Bombay Sapphire, 1 ounce Lime Simple , ¾ ounce Maraschino Liqueur, ½ ounce Apricot Liqueur, dash bitters.

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain over ice into glass.

Manhattan

Glassware: Small snifter glass

Garnish: Cherry

Ingredients: 2 ¼ oz. choice Bourbon, Whiskey or Brandy, ¾ oz. sweet vermouth, dash of bitters

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass, add ice if requested.

Margarita

Glassware: Margarita Glass

Garnish: Salt Rim – if preferred – and lime wedge

Ingredients: 1.5oz Mexican Moonshine Silver Tequila, 1 oz. Cointreau, equal parts lemon and lime simple – at least .5oz each

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass with ice and shake. Strain over ice into glass.

Martini

Glassware: Martini Glass

Garnish: Olives.

Ingredients: 2.5 oz. choice Gin or Vodka, .5 oz. Dry Vermouth.

Preparation: Pour ingredients into a glass and shake with ice. DRY – does not have dry vermouth in it. DIRTY – add olive juice and garnish with olives.

Meyer Lemon Marg-Tini

Glassware: Martini Glass

Garnish: HALF glass rimmed with salt

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz Meyer Lemon Juice, 2 ounces Claze Azul Silver, ¾ ounce simple syrup, dash orange bitters.

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain into rimmed martini glass.

Minnesota Mule

Glassware: Moscow Mule Copper or Silver Mug

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Ingredients: 2 oz. Hell Yeah! Bourbon, Crabbies Hard Ginger Beer, 1 oz. Lime Simple

Preparation: In a mug pour vodka, lime simple over ice and top with choice of ginger beer.

Mojito

Glassware: 16oz soda glass.

Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients: 2 ½ oz. Don Q Silver Rum, lime, mint, simple syrup

Preparation: Muddle 3 limes, multiple leaves of mint and 1 oz. Simple Syrup in a glass. Add some ice and the rum and shake until incorporated. Pour everything into a glass – add some ice if needed but leave room for some soda water.

Moscow Mule

Glassware: Moscow Mule Copper or Silver Mug

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Ingredients: 2 oz.Grey Goose Vodka, Crabbies Hard Ginger Beer, 1 oz. Lime Simple

Preparation: In a mug pour vodka, lime simple over ice and top with choice of ginger beer.

Peppermint Bark-Tini

Glassware: Martini glass.

Garnish: Sprinkle peppermint bits on top.

Ingredients: 2 oz peppermint Moonshine, 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka. Make it creamy by adding a splash of Kringle or Tippy Cow.

Preparation: Add ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain into glass.

Pineapple Upside Down

Glassware: Martini Glass

Garnish: Grenadine poured lightly on the side of the glass so it sinks down to the bottom.

Ingredients: 2 oz. Smirnoff Vodka, 1 oz. Vanilla Mcguillicuddys, good splash pineapple juice.

Preparation: Add ingredients in glass and shake with ice. Strain into glass.

Pour After Dark

Glassware: Small snifter glass

Garnish: Whipped Cream, chocolate coffee bean.

Ingredients: 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum Cream, 1 oz. Thatchers Coffeehouse Liqueur.

Preparation: Pour everything into a glass and shake and strain over ice.

Pour! Old Fashioned

Glassware: Small Snifter Glass

Garnish: No garnish – leave the cherry and orange in the glass.

Ingredients: 2.5 oz. Hell Yeah! Bourbon, .5 oz Orange Bitters, Luxardo cherry, orange slice.

Preparation: Put a Luxardo cherry in the glass with a small squeeze of simple syrup, an orange slice and some orange bitters, muddle them together and pour the bourbon on top. Add some ice cubes.

Pumpkin Pie Martini

Glassware: Martini glass

Garnish: Cinnamon sugar sprinkle on top

Ingredients: 2.5 oz. Vanilla Vodka, 1 oz. Pumpkin Liqueur, splash vanilla simple

Preparation: Add ingredients into glass and shake with ice, strain into glass

Raspberry Milkshake

Glassware: Glass Handle Coffee Mug

Garnish: Whip Cream with Raspberry Drizzle

Ingredients: ½ oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur, 1 ½ ounces Grey Goose, 1 ½ ounce Vanilla Tippy Cow/ Heavy Cream Mix

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain over ice into Coffee Glass and add whip cream.

Raspberry Truffle

Glassware: Martini Glass

Garnish: Chocolate Drizzle inside

Ingredients: ½ oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur, 2 ounces Brown Crème De Cocoa, 1 ½ ounce Vanilla Tippy Cow/ Heavy Cream Mix.

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain into martini glass.

The DON-Tini

Glassware: Martini glass.

Garnish: Cinnamon Sugar Rim. Orange Slice.

Ingredients: 2 oz. Clase Azul Repasado Tequila, 1 oz. Fruitlab Orange Liqueur, squeeze of one orange slice.

Preparation: Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into glass.

White Russian

Glassware: Medium snifter glass.

Garnish: No garnish

Ingredients: 2 oz. choice Vodka, 1 oz. Kahlua, 1 packet creamer – skip creamer to make it a black Russian or add splash coke to make it a Colorado bulldog.
