Butterfinger Martini
Glassware: Martini Glass
Garnish: Chocolate Drizzle inside the glass, butterfinger crust on the rim.
Ingredients: 1 ½ oz Butterscotch Mcgillicuddy's, 1 oz crème de cocoa, 1 oz Baileys
Preparation: Ppour all ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain into rimmed martini glass.
Clase Azul Margarita
Glassware: Margarita Glass
Garnish: Salt Rim – if preffered – and lime wedge
Ingredients: 1.5 oz. Clase Azul Repasado, .5 oz. Cointreau, .5 oz. Grand Marnier, equal parts lemon and lime simple – at least .5 oz each
Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass with ice and shake. Strain over ice into glass.
Margarita
Glassware: Margarita Glass
Garnish: Salt Rim – if preferred – and lime wedge
Ingredients: 1.5oz Mexican Moonshine Silver Tequila, 1 oz. Cointreau, equal parts lemon and lime simple – at least .5oz each
Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass with ice and shake. Strain over ice into glass.
Mojito
Glassware: 16oz soda glass.
Garnish: Lime wedge
Ingredients: 2 ½ oz. Don Q Silver Rum, lime, mint, simple syrup
Preparation: Muddle 3 limes, multiple leaves of mint and 1 oz. Simple Syrup in a glass. Add some ice and the rum and shake until incorporated. Pour everything into a glass – add some ice if needed but leave room for some soda water.
Pineapple Upside Down
Glassware: Martini Glass
Garnish: Grenadine poured lightly on the side of the glass so it sinks down to the bottom.
Ingredients: 2 oz. Smirnoff Vodka, 1 oz. Vanilla Mcguillicuddys, good splash pineapple juice.
Preparation: Add ingredients in glass and shake with ice. Strain into glass.
Pour! Old Fashioned
Glassware: Small Snifter Glass
Garnish: No garnish – leave the cherry and orange in the glass.
Ingredients: 2.5 oz. Hell Yeah! Bourbon, .5 oz Orange Bitters, Luxardo cherry, orange slice.
Preparation: Put a Luxardo cherry in the glass with a small squeeze of simple syrup, an orange slice and some orange bitters, muddle them together and pour the bourbon on top. Add some ice cubes.
Raspberry Milkshake
Glassware: Glass Handle Coffee Mug
Garnish: Whip Cream with Raspberry Drizzle
Ingredients: ½ oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur, 1 ½ ounces Grey Goose, 1 ½ ounce Vanilla Tippy Cow/ Heavy Cream Mix
Preparation: Pour all ingredients into glass and shake with ice. Strain over ice into Coffee Glass and add whip cream.
