Our Story

Turning our passion into a reality

For as long as I can remember Diane and I have talked about turning our passion into a reality.  Maybe it started back in 9th grade when I first saw my wife to be in the lunch line, I said to my brother “there’s the girl I’m going to marry” he looked at me and didn’t say anything.

I remember it was about the same time in which I knew what I wanted to do with my life.  I love food, wine, entertaining and most of all visiting with friends and neighbors.   After twenty five years of marriage and working in the hospitality industry Diane and I have decided to do what comes naturally for us, cooking and entertaining for our friends and neighbors.  Like a chef and his or her sous chef (I’m not sure which one of us is the chef on most days) we work together knowing what the next step is going to be.

POUR Bottle Shop and Wine Bar & Bistro allows us to share with you, our passion of providing a truly great experience of good wine, good food and good friends.  Cheers!
